Determined to broaden his perspective and sharpen his business acumen, he later enrolled in a marketing course at the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE), gaining strategic insights into real estate branding and consumer behavior. His pursuit of global exposure took him to Canada in 2014, where he absorbed international best practices that would later influence his approach to real estate back home.

In 2016, Mr. Mukul Bansal returned to India, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a enhanced vision. Taking charge of the family’s real estate legacy, he has led Motiaz with renewed energy and modern strategies, propelling the brand into a new era of growth and innovation. Under his stewardship, the company launched several notable projects— landmark commercial developments and a large-scale group housing venture—cementing his reputation for quality construction and on-time delivery.
